Data Collection and Processing
When you visit this site, technically necessary data is processed that is required for the safe and functional operation of the site (server logs: IP address, time, user agent, requested resource). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
There is no tracking, no web analytics, no marketing cookies. No data is shared with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.
External Fonts
This site uses the Inter font via Google Fonts. When the page loads, the font files are retrieved from Google servers, which transmits the IP address to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Cookies
This site only sets a technically necessary local storage entry to remember the one-time confirmation of the cookie notice.
Contact
When you contact us by email, the data transmitted is used to process your request. The data is not passed on to third parties. Retention periods follow statutory requirements (in particular UGB / BAO).
Contact Form
This site provides a contact form. When you submit the form, the data you enter (name, email address, project type, optional message) is processed to handle your inquiry.
- Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (your explicit consent via the consent checkbox).
- Retention: Data is stored until your inquiry is concluded and then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. UGB / BAO when an inquiry leads to a business relationship).
- Processor: Form submission is handled by FormSubmit.co (helloforms). A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. Server location is in the EU per the provider; should the provider switch to a third country, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) under Art. 46 GDPR apply.
- Security: Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS / TLS). Spam protection includes a hidden honeypot field plus a two-step confirmation ("I'm not a robot" + GDPR consent).
- Right to withdraw: You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing office@solieber.at. The lawfulness of processing performed up to the withdrawal remains unaffected.
Web Analytics with Umami
This site uses Umami Analytics, a self-hosted, GDPR-compliant web analytics solution. Umami runs on our own server (arkserver.arkturian.com), collects no personal data and sets no cookies. IP addresses are anonymized before storage.
Data collected:
- Anonymous visitor count
- Pages visited
- Referrer (where the visit came from)
- Browser / device type
- Country / region (city level)
- Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in website optimization and reach measurement).
- Retention: up to 12 months.
- Right to object: You can object to the processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR) — informally by email to office@solieber.at. More about Umami: umami.is/docs/about.
